I'd be surprised if you could find one person of authority who'd agree
with you on the issues.  Certainly the paper evidence and physical
evidence, plus any depositions from myself and others, would not fall
favorably on your side in a court of law.

to pursue the matter legally since you feel so strongly that you've
risked being charged with defamation of character and libel simply by
