That sounds like nonsense to me. I cannot imagine the system to be
*that* sensitive - ABS would be triggering far too often for such
small differences in wheel speeds if it were that sensitive and it
would considerably reduce braking efficiency. I would, also, have
thought that the ABS unit would have to be clever enough to compensate
for any steady state difference in the rotational speed of individual
tyres.
I should point out that I'm no expert on the detailed implementation
of that ABS system but someone who *should* know is 'Bob':
