From whatever I know there was a 1.3 version without a cat only available
to
countries where the law regarding to environment was a little more 'loose'
than in other places in (I guess) Europe.
In The Netherlands the smallest engine was the 1.4 boxer. (starting from
1995 for the 145 and 1996 for the 146).
