Never said that. Regs for HID lamps will vary from country to country. But
the vehicle I fitted them to had already got self levelling and headlamp
washers which seemed to satisfy the MOT people. In my case the projector
housing took the HID lamp ok and produces a good beam pattern. Checked at
the MOT.
