Need information on Transmission ****ft Cable replacement

1994 Sedan DeVille 4.9 engine.

The transmission ****fting has become stiff, been told it is the cable.

Can anyone tell me #1 the cost of the new cable and #2, the flat rate for
R 
& R on this job?
