The Cadillac guys should read their TSBs. This is a known/common issue!
The PCS solenoid needs to be replaced. Once this piece is replaced the
computer must be cleared so the PCM can adapt. I don't think the PCM is
programmable, so a new one may be needed. The PCM 'learns' the drivers
driving habits and trans wear over time and adapts the ****ft points to
be less noticeable. Make darn sure the dealer fixes/replaces this trans
and that you are a happy customer. Once the warranty is over, the
repair/replacement is from your wallet.
