Help!
I was offered a 2000 Deville with 169k miles for $4,000. I have driven
it extensively over two days and it very tight, quiet and smooth. The
interior/exterior is perfect but I cant get over the super high miles.
Apparently it used to belong to a fleet.
Should I buy it?
