2000 Camaro SS user report

I bought my car new in 1999.  It now has about 105,000 miles on it and I 
wanted to see if the issues I've had with it compare to anyone elses:

-Transmission shot around 80k (automatic)
-Rear end died around 70k
-Two water pumps
-Driver visor
-Small tears in driver seat, none in passenger
-Rear window in convertible top leaks (repaired)
-3 speaker failures (1 under warranty)
-Driver seatbelt, plastic belt retainer broken
-Light covers cloudy
-Ash tray plastic lid broken
-Crack in center convertible boot mysteriously appeared
-Worn carpet around accelerator pedal

It seems like a lot of stuff, but for 105k?  About right?
