You dont need to remove the glove box. You may have to drop the lower
plastic insulator to see it. there will be 2 connectors, one connector has
a
green and a black wire in it. If you go out and purchase the resisitor you
will see what you are looking for. You may have to modify the heater box
for
the updated resistor if you purchase it from the dealer.
