I have a 2005 Sebring convertible with 30,000. About 4,000 mile ago it
started having a wierd problem. When the car reaches 20 mph, the
transmission 'bucks' or 'hiccups' but its a violent hiccup. It feels
like someone bumped the car from the back. Also at higher speeds when
you take your foot off the gas, or apply it to the gas, it will jerk
then too, but near as noticable as the jerking it does at 20mph. I
have had it at two dealerships and they both told me they dont see
anything wrong with the transmission. It might not even be the
transmission, but thats what it feels like.
The warrenty will run out soon and I would really like to have this
fixed before then. I would appreciate any suggestions that I can take
back to the mechanic.
Thanks,
Mike
