I have a 96 cirrus 2.5 v6. When the car is cold it seems to run almost
normal with little missfire by the sounds. The hotter the car gets the
worse the problem gets!! It to the point where it is misfiring so bad
you can barely drive it!!
When you go to rev it up it almost dies, but when you start to feather
the throttle you can get it to rev right up.
Now the things i have change so far are. Wires,Plugs,Cap,Rotor,Fuel
Filter. I Brought it to a garage were they looked it over for me, they
checked CAT converter, but could not do fuel pressure test because
they did not have the right connector. Also code P0300 shows up which
means multipul missfires. But i took the fuel line off the rail and
had my girlfriend turn the key while i watched how much fuel pumped
into a bottle. Looks like alot of pressure to me.
Also February 2007 i had to put a brand new Distributor due to cam
sensor dieing.
Click the link to watch a video of my problems. Thank You and please
tell me something lol
