You will almost need a scan tool to see what the sensors are seeing/doing.
You may have an EGR valve that is stuck open and causing a very lean
condition which will make it stumble on accel. You can try to disconnect
the
vacuum line to the EGR transducer but if the spring inside the valve is
bad
it wont make a difference.
