that car is a recent import because it has the European headlights, which
were illegal here in the states if it had been imported as new.

PS, cars in Oregon do not rust as they do in other states. It is illegal
to
salt the roads during snow and ice conditions. Coarse sand or pea gravel
is
used and that can pit the paint and the wind shields, but does not rot the
cars like it does in eastern states.
