Wiring, plumbing, or mechanical, error. The 'stalk' may be activating the
rear-wash electrical switch in the front-washer position due to some
assembly mistake or damage, or the front-wash switch may have become wired
to the rear-wash pump, or the output from the front-wash pump may have
become connected to the rear-wash pipe. Might be worth checking for
blockages in the pipes or nozzles too.
