Thread has nothing to do with automotive repair? I HIGHLY recommend
deletion, or at the very least, move to a "Flame-Wars"
thread. I have no need for religious debates. I think people who go
off spouting knowledge of absolute truth, right and wrong, and
claiming to know what God want, are all full of something, namely
arrogance and ignorance, two things I despise.
I'm not saying I disagree with the basic premise, that our
unrestrained hedonism is demeaning to both genders and cheapens the
human experience, and degrades the quality of our country. It seems
to be readily apparent. But I do not feel the need to justify this
by standing under the banner of "what God wants me to do",
which is merely "what someone told me I should do because they
THINK it's what God MIGHT want", a.k.a. brainwashing, blind
obedience.
