Hell, that's less than I need myeslf. I'm looking for $25,000 to
complete a flip on a house and am willing to offer 10% ROI plus
1.5% of the sale price of the house which will be 300-315k all
within 6 months.
I'd think a heart surgery would be a hell of a lot more than 20k.
