Total crap! They either cheated or they didn't. If they didn't, then a
travesty has been committed by stripping them of their impending
constructor's title. If they did, they why should their drivers' be
allowed
to amass points en route (one of) their driver's championship? Typical
half-assed solution from FIA / F1 mgmt...
