BUZZING SOUND: Continous and under center console/hump

1985 Fiero GT with 3 speed automatic tramsmission and A/C. 
Total milage is 43,500 on the car, engine and transmission. 

I just bought the car and do not know if the continous buzzing sound
comming from under the center console/hump/****fter is normal or not. 

Can anyone tell me?
