Value of a 1940 Ford Conv needed, Is there a rating system?

by Randy <rbraun333@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Nov 29, 2005 at 12:32 PM

I will soon be selling a 1940 Ford Deluxe Conv. and would like some
idea of it's value. I am told there is a rating system of 1 to 6 for
the condition of old cars. is this so? Is there a web site that
describes it?

Forget NADA they stop at 1946.

This car is really bad, in need of 10 years of work and several
thousand dollars before it will be nice again, but as it is a
convertible I'm told it's rare and worth something.

Waiting for the DMV to send me the title before I list it on eBay.

Thanks
Randy
Thank You,
Randy
