Given a 4 bbl carb manifold, putting a turbo on a flat head is just a
matter
of making the needed plumbing.  The turbo will be a through turbo set up,
and no intercooler because the turbo will be sucking through the carb.
Intercooler would cause fuel to condensate and puddle in the intercooler
and
intake manifold, not a good thing to have happen.  This design is what was
used on Buick Grand Nationals.  The hardest thing would be the oil supply.

If you search Hemmings you can often find McCulloch(thats right the chain

blower kits for flat heads.
