My brakes were squealing on my 05 Focus SES @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
under 7,500 miles. I took it
in, was told the story
others were told about being normal. I took it back a second time to the
dealer****p and they
replaced the brakes with out telling me (I filled out drop-off card as to
the WARRANTY was paying
for this service). When I picked up my new car it had a $250 plus bill! I
screamed bloody murder and
they said there was a service bulliten on this issus and I didn't have to
pay. So, I have to
ask...is there a service buliten out on this in the first place? AND...did
they "forgive" the bill
because they knew I was iin the market for another car?
Hope this shows some insight to others!
Cheers!
Erks
PS...this is a U.S. Focus
