FLOODING ENGINE

by "duneslover" <blueangel@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sep 8, 2005 at 01:19 PM

I have a 1981 Lincoln Towncar (302)V-8 with fuel-injection.Every time I
start the car it runs for a few minutes and starts to load the cylinders
and oil pan full of gas.The parts that have been replaced are all new. A
gas tank,electric fuel pump,fuel pump relay,fuel filter,engine control
computer,injectors,fuel pressure regulator,map sensor,coolant
sensor,distributor cap,rotor,plugs,plug wires.Mechanics are baffled and
quit working on the car.All tests performed shows everything like the
throttle position sensor are all working properly. But it still floods the
cylinders and crankcase with gas. What seems to be the problem? Your help
will be greatly appreciated.Thank You.
