I agree with RoadRunner that the injectors should be inspected to make sure
you arent getting too much fuel in the intake. Secondly, if this car has
an
O2 sensor, its important to make sure thats working to get the right
fuel/air ratio. Also check the air intake to make sure that isnt blocked
up.

Fuel in the Oil Pan could mean that your piston rings are worn out and
need replacing. They are there to ensure that Fuel Does not leak into the
oil and vice-versa. Also they make sure you get proper compression in each
stroke. If there is a leak you might have to do some major engine work.

Last, make sure you are getting spark on all cylinders.

Honestly, your problem could originate from a million places, especially
with an old engine. If your mechanics didnt come up with any possible
reasons for your problem, they are either lazy or you really need new
mechanics
