Had the same problem whe I setup mine.  I sent Holley an email and
they replied to make sure that the tach connection was good and also
make sure that I set the proper ignition setting in the software.  The
other thing it could be is no fule pressure.

My problem was an incorrect setting on the ignition in the software.
