Looks like you have covered most of them to me.
I especially like the one about George Bush controlling the price of
oil.
Even OPEC lost control of that for the past year, thanks to the
speculators
and futures buyers and their misguided belief in a forecasted heavy
hurricane season expected to cause refinery outages in the Gulf area. And
that forecast was influenced by all the global warming hype. So, Thank
