You also have to read an agreement that says that you will abide by the
terms and you need to agree to the terms. This is prohibited on PayPal,
and
they can freeze your account. So you lose not only what anybody else might
have put in, you also lose the money you sent out. And of course any of
your own money that was already in PayPal is lost too.
