 Going back to basic car stuff , not your particular model , but lights
will 
light if the battery is dying. It's when you crank it shows problems .Pull

the battery and get it checked or try jumper cables .You can probably
light 
the lights you mentioned with a 9v  fire alarm battery.  What have you
tried 
?
