Lexus was designed with American drivers' preference in mind. You
know, the soft Buick ride. It's going to be a long and difficult
turnaround for GM, so if you need a Buick before then just buy a
Lexus.

Mercedes, BMW, and Mini have the "heritage factor" that's im****tant
with the picky Japanese customers that Lexus simply can't match.
