This is an industry-wide issue, but to john, the story is that people
are finally getting wise to the fact that Lexus makes terrible cars,
and all those reviews and consumer surveys have been filled with lies
all these years!
Also, isn't it strange that john loves to refer to Lexus as Toyota on
this newsgroup, but in this case he neglects to share the fact that
over the same period, Toyota is up 3.4%, bucking the industry trend.
I think Andrew Lang may have been referring to john when he said,
"He uses statistics as a drunken man uses lampposts - for sup****t
rather than illumination".
