Hello, I have a 1999 Cougar that is acting up, when it's really cold, the
engine runs okay while driving, but at stops and when idling, it bogs down
and sometimes dies. In addition, when this happens, there is also
something
going on with the brakes like they don't really work, or it seems as is
the
power brakes are out. Can anybody give me any insight? I am afraid to
drive
home.
