I have a 95 Monte that had extensive rust through at rear fender around the
filler tube. Had repair made,the shop told me that all the foam insulation
had to be replaced with new (better) material since the original held
water.
After six mo. I found more rust through forming at a new site on the same
fender. No rust anywhere else on car. Is this a common problem and can I
get
relief From GM.
Can't afford new wheels.
