Re: 2004 Mini S oil changes

Oil drain plug is near the front.  Just reach in, no need to get under the 
car. Change the filter using a short 36 mm socket.  I bought a cheap one 
from Autozone and cut it in half to shorten the length.  Works great. 
Don't 
forget to put rags under the filter to catch the oil when pulling the
filter 
cover and filter out.
