Is this for a 2004?  I have looked under the car and it seems the drain
plug 
is on the bottom with a blue dot next to it and not on the end of the pan.

The filter type indicates the procedure is for  a W11 engine.  Torque
specs 
for the filter cover to oil filter AND the drain plug is 25Nm.
