Let's see:
A couple of quarts of oil, $8. Hell, take 20 quarts of oil. That's
$40.
Replacing the front oil seal, $250 or more.
Replacing the rear oil seal, $400 or more. This involves the somewhat
intense labor of separating the engine from the tranny.
So tell me, how is "replacing a few gaskets" comparable in cost to
adding quarts of oil here and there?
