My 02 maxima's VIAS is not working. It does not move at all throughout the
entire rpm range. It is my understanding that it should close at 1800 and
open again at 3600 rpms. There is no vacuum to the mechanical lever. The
solenoid has a consistent 13.5 volts throughout the entire rpm range. Is
the
solenoid bad?
