The unit is out of freon, I asked someone else to check and the guage never
moved.
New guy ran a UV leak detector, the high pressure hose is bad.
I called the other guy and told him the details and he admitted he only
knows how to
add freon, but no experience beyond that. I got a bad referral. I saw a
do it yourself kit at the parts store, I could have done as good as the
first mechanic, for half the cost.
I knew there were only 2 hoses, when he said, I think there are 3 hoses, I
knew this was a bad referral. Hard to find a good AC mechanic, now I know
one.
