Just did the front brake pads and rotors on my 1997 Sentra 1.6L vehicle...
Who in the world designed the pads with those little springs... You have
to
take the caliper partially apart, install the pads loose with the "springs
from Hell" already clicked in place and then try to re-assemble the
caliper
while flexing the springs, anti-vibration housings, etc...
Jeez... I've done front pads on a Renault, Opel GT, Fiat, 1989 Sentra,
1988
Camry, 2001 Camry and a few drum brake nightmares... The drum brakes were
worse, but these darn things were a real pain!!!
I guess it would have been easier if the ground was dry and it wasn't
30something degrees outside too. :)
