I have a weird problem with my 2002 nissan sentra.
on two separate occasions the headlights started fla****ng.
the first time I was getting out of the car. I parked, stopped the engine,
turned off the headlights and opened the door. as I was getting out of the
car the headlights started to flash on and off. I am not talking about the
turn signals that flash when I lock or unlock the car, I mean the actual
headlights. I don't remember what I did to make them stop, but it wasn't
hard, I probably started the engine and they stopped.
then, yesterday it happened again as I was getting in the car. I
approached
the car, unlocked the door using the remote then opened it. as I was
getting
ready to step in the car, the headlights started fla****ng again.
They flash at about the same frequency that the turn signals flash. when
they do I hear a noise like a relay turning on and off.
This time I just pressed the "lock" button on the remote and the
headlights
stopped fla****ng.
I searched the internet but couldn't find a similar problem anywhere. What
can this be? Why would the headlights suddenly strart turning on and off?
