Hello all. I have a 2001 Olds Alero. The cruise control on/off switch
doesn't work. If I keep my finger on the on/off button and set the
cruise control, everything is fine, but who wants to keep their finger
on the button for an entire trip? My question is if replaing it is
something I can do with regular tools, or is it something a mechanic
would have to do? I assume that fiddling around in the area of the air
bag must be fraught with peril. My Haynes book doesn't even deal with
the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
