Am not a formal mechanic, and have never worked on a Firenza.  But the pump

looks like it is an "in-tank" model.

Your best hope is that there is access, either through the back seat 
(sometimes you just remove the seat bottom cu****on, and a cover covering a

hole leading into the fuel tank and pump is right there.  On some other 
models, it is way in the front part of the trunk. Thankfully, that is
fairly 
common on sedans.  Because if there isn't, the gas tank would have to be 
dropped, and then you have a mega-job on your hands.  But if the hole is 
there, the job is surprisingly easy.

I might suggest a Haynes auto repair manual.  For a job like that, and a
car 
like that, the approximately $15 they cost is well worth it.  Check Auto 
Zone or a similar auto parts store - most of them have them.  Once you
have 
it, the manual will tell you quickly what you are dealing with, whether
you 
do it or somebody else.
