I had this car in storage and now the Instrumentent Control Panel (ISC)
will not light up. I bought another ISC over the internet thinking the
orignal one was bad but it has the same results when installed. Someone
told me there is a wakeup votage that needs to be applied to turn on these
ISC again. How to I do this?
