I don't know. If I knew the answer to your question I wouldn't have posted
here asking for help. The dad said all of the other pulleys 'seem to be
o.k.'. He mentioned, after I posted the question, the son had recently
replaced the water pump. Could be the water pump pulley doesn't line up
correctly and is causing the belt to ride off the balancer pulley. Gonna
go
back this evening and have another look.
Thanks for making me thank about it a bit more.
