The references on wikipedia seem to indicate a large increase in
efficiency
if you add hydrogen in with the fuel.  I don't know if anyone can confirm
this.  I'm rather skeptical as all the relevant webpages reek of Miracle
Technology That The Oil Companies Want To Suppress (TM) - don't inspire
confidence without some more solid backup.  That and the bits shown,
including jam jars (well some form of preserve) don't look like they could
produce enough hydrogen and oxygen to have any noticeable effect.  The
wires look too small to carry appreciable amperage, the electrodes too
weedy.
