As with all such reversible reactions, there are always losses. As I said
 earlier it takes more electrical energy to electrolyse water than can be
obtained from the resultant explosive re-combination...
This is exactly the same as all perpetual motion machines.
It's completely pointless to have a system with less output than input.
(although in the words of Abe Lincoln..
 Sun readers can be convinced otherwise)
