Peugeot 206 and OBD reader

Hi,

I am thinking of buying one of these:

I have a 2002 206 ('51 plate), but want to make sure it will work before 
I buy.  Is the 206 at that time fully eobd compliant - ie will I be able 
to read and erase codes?
