A continuity meter, complete wiring diagrams, a lot of time, and a good 
plausible explanation of why you suddenly went bald.

Seriously though, it sounds like there's a short, possibly in the 
headlight circuit, more likely in the turn signal and or (if the sunfire 
is like my '96 Bonneville, meaning the running lights come on when I put 
the transmission into drive) transmission linkages.
