Has anyone used PHS lately?
I used them several years ago. I have tried to contact them via email
(there
is no phone listed) and the emails bounce back.
I have a few questions before I buy a packet from them.
Someone told me that the guy running the company is having health
problems,
but it might just be a rumor.
