TCC slippage does not change on the scanner - TCC engagement shows
correctly. I see a 1-2 degree spark retard occaisionally, but have not
been able (so far) to tie it to the surge/hunt. I'm thinking to
disconnect the EGR on the little trip I'm taking in about 15 minutes -
should be 2 legs of 1/2 hour each.
