particularly if the dealer will agree that the problem was pre-existing you
and he should be able to get it fixed - you can also try the "if you can't
fix it under warranty then you have to take the car back and I'll buy
another one" but you shouldn't have to go that far
oh, and I had the display on my CD player/cassette player replaced under
the
same kind of warranty so they ought to fix the CD also
