With engine running check the voltage at battery with multimeter.
Should read 13.8 to 14.0 volts. If not then your generator is bad and
or the battery is bad. Also, clean up the ground connections from the
battery to frame and from engine to frame.
Do not kick the relay panel, you may develop real problems with that
technique.
